IMC Training Lab Guidelines

1. Please wait at least 1½ work days for your event to be placed in the calendar before calling to check on your reservation. Your request will be processed in the order received.
   
2. These computer labs are located in the basement of the 3100 Main St. building.
   
3. The labs will be available M-F 7:45 a. m. - 4:45 p.m.
   
4. If special software is needed, you are responsible for contacting the Info Center/Help Desk at 713-718-8800 to arrange for a technician to install and uninstall the software. It is advised that the software installation occur at least one day prior to the class date.
   
5. It is recommended that you or a representative visit the lab at least one day prior to your event to ensure that it and the computers are prepared.

to obtain a key to your reserved lab:

• Labs are to be locked when leaving for lunch or at the end of the day.
  
• No food or drink is allowed in the labs. Please clean up the lab after each class.
  
• If you encounter any problems in the lab, your event is canceled, or you have questions, please contact Jawad Mirza - 88797.
